In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Lovingly Signed; Foxgrowe Labs Limited whose registered office is Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong S.A.R.
Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.
If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Lovingly Signed’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
Shopping
You can order products online via www.lovinglysigned.com.sg When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email. We may refuse to accept an order if;
We do not receive your payment
There has been a pricing or products description error
The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued
Personalised products contain content which may cause offence to our staff.
In any refusal, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited where your credit card has been charged.
Payment
Your Payment on your credit card or PayPal receipt will appear as a Lovingly Signed Limited charge. Lovingly Signed Limited uses Braintree and PayPal to take payment. Braintree is a payment gateway owned by PayPal. Braintree is a full-stack payment platform that allows the flexibility to utilize payments via Visa/MasterCard and PayPal across global markets via its Multi-Currency capability. Credit card and PayPal information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Lovingly Signed uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. All payments are collected and processed by our secure Braintree and PayPal provider. We do not see or store your credit card number ever.
Availability
We try to keep our site up to date, however we can not guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within your specified time you can request cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.
DELIVERY IN HONG KONG
Next Day Delivery and Free of Charge (above 700 hkd with discount code " FREESHIPPING") for all orders to be delivered in Hong Kong.
Please note we do not offer PO Box delivery as a signature is required upon delivery.
Our dispatch timescales do not include weekends and public holidays.
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Lovingly Signed has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Attempted Delivery or Wrong Delivery Address Provided
We know mistakes happen, but in the event of you accidentally supplying a wrong delivery address, we will do their utmost to change this if the item is yet to be dispatched. If however, a wrong delivery address has been supplied and the item gets resent back to us, we will have to charge a re-shipping fee of HK$261 for International deliveries. This also applies if we ship to the hospital and the mum has already been discharged.
RETURNS POLICY
**Due to hygiene reasons, we will not be offering returns or exchanges for all orders under further notice, as of 5 April 2020. We seek your understanding as we wish to reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19 during this period.**
If a product is faulty, we just ask you to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in within two days of receipt of delivery and send the photo direct to us at hello@lovinglysigned.hk. For all faulty items you will be offered a replacement or repair, or a full refund.
Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method, e.g. PayPal, online credit or credit card.

Promotional Codes
Promotional codes provided to you by Lovingly Signed or our Partners or affiliates will be subject to the value, exclusions and limitations as notified at the time of delivery, and may be valid for limited periods.
The Promotional Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site. A qualifying purchase means the purchase of the specified product or products in accordance with the conditions notified to you at the time you were provided with the Promo Code. A Promotional Code may only be used once per qualifying transaction and is applied to the transaction as a whole.
To redeem the Promotional Code, you simply type the Promotional Code into the promotional code field in the check-out section of the Site, click the validate button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the Promotional Code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the Site.
You may not redeem or exchange the Promotional Code or applicable discount for cash. You may not use or combine the Promotional Code with any other promotions unless permitted.
If you have forgotten to use a Promotional Code, or were unaware of any Promotional Codes prior to making your purchase, you are not entitled to any refunds or compensation for the difference in payable amounts. If you email us, we will be able to extend the code for your next purchase (one time use only).
